Evening in the tradition of the province of Salzburg
09.09.2010The traditions of the province of Salzburg are as versatile as its nature is. The Ferry Porsche Congress Center presents the most beautiful customs in the course of five evenings. You'll learn about the Ribbon Dance and the Woodcutters' Dance and the musical highlight will be the glockenspiel. The doors of the congress house open at 8.30 p.m.

11. Schmitten Downhill-Golf CHAMPIONSHIP
11.09.2010 09:00Pro or beginner: everyone is welcome at the cross-golf event on Schmittenhöhe because there is no such thing as a handicap at an altitude of 2,500 metres above sea level! Instead, you'll be playing cross-country in teams of two from 9 am.  4th Texas Scramble more than 9 holes, from the mountain station Schmitten up to the Areitalm. It is not played under the rules of the R&A GC St. Andrews and not after the rules of the Ă–GV. Special rules are announced by the start.

After the successful premier last year, experts from Austria, Germany, and Switzerland will be flocking to Kaprun Castle once again, to discuss the latest trends and developments in workshops and sessions. 12.09.2010 20:00It is precisely 132 years ago that a group of trombonists, trumpeters and drummers formed a band to play Zell folk music. And today, the town’s traditional ensemble is still celebrating its passion for the sound of folk: this summer, under bandmaster Peter Schwaiger, the group is again presenting a range of demanding pieces in Zell am See’s Musikpavillon. Should the weather strike an unpleasant note, the music will find a great setting in the 'Zum Metzgerwirt' inn.
