ARRIVAL: On arrival day the rooms are available from 2 pm.
If you would like to arrive early, please let us know in advance.
Of course, you can arrive in the morning and store your luggage without cost at the front desk. Enjoy your first day in Zell am See and check in in the afternoon.
For an early check in between 11 am and 2 pm we charge € 20,- per room
For an early check in before 11 am we charge € 50,- per room
Please note that we cannot guarantee that rooms are ready.
Additional breakfast (until 10.30 am) € 15,- per person
If you should arrive later than 8.30 pm we ask you to inform us in advance.
DEPARTURE: On departure day we kindly ask you to check out until 11.00 am. If available, you can extend your check out time until 2 pm, we charge € 20,- per room for check outs between 11 am and 2 pm.
For later check outs we kindly ask for your understanding that we have to charge the following night.
Like on arrival day, you are welcome to store your luggage at the front desk. Of course you can use the wellness/spa area to shower and change after an exhausting day in Zell am See.
