Cancellation policy
(according to Austrian hotel contract conditions)
- Cancellation up to 1 month prior to the arrival date
40 % of the total charges - Cancellation inbetween 1 month and 1 week prior to the arrival date
70 % of the total charges - Cancellation inbetween the last week prior to the arrival date or no show
90 % of the total charges
If you have to drop out of your stay we charge 90% for the not-consumed days.
We recommend you to contract a travel insurance.
